These Challengers brave the Heat starting at Habanero and ending at asking a policeman to kindly spray their wing with a little pepper spray from his belt if it's not any trouble!

The Buffalo Sauces are made on premises. We bring the peppers fresh to make the Spicy, Firestarter, "Numb Ya Face" and "Challenge Level Numb Ya Face" sauce. All sauces are made with our Mild Buffalo Sauce as the base mother sauce and we turn up the heat as we move along by using different peppers to increase the heat. We work hard to source our ingredients fresh and make the sauces in batches according to demand. It isn't uncommon to come in and find us making batches of a sauce variety on any given day. That's the difference, fresh peppers and ingredients.
We use cayenne peppers to make the Original Spicy sauce. This is a favorite as it is spicy but does not linger very long and lets you focus on the flavor at hand. It's a primary option for most.
Falls between Cayenne and Scotch Bonnet peppers. It's a blend that lets you step your way into the heat . Now you know what everyone's talking about. A good starting point to build your heat tolerance.
"Numb Ya Face Sauce"
Is our own blend of the varied Habanero. This pepper ranges from an orange hot and spicy monster to the Red Savina that's second only to the Naga Jolokia Ghost Pepper. The "Numb Ya Face" carries some serious bite. Typically this is for those that have built up their tolerance.

We go all the way there for this one as our challengers expect nothing but the BEST! Our own blend of the hottest peppers in the world. The Red Savina, The Ghost Chili, The Scorpion and the Naga Jolokia. We have sourced these peppers fresh, not dried, no powders, extracts or seeds. FRESH. This is what sets our sauces apart.
