As we've talked about, Buffalo's is a foodies' restaurant.  We pride ourselves on great recipes, exciting ways of preparing foods and delivering a symphony performance for your taste buds.. We're talking about making good food..  all the time.

This page is dedicated to give a peek into some of the things we are either testing, slowly introducing or considering to bring to the menu. 

We're always trying new things and working to bring new things to the menu, sometimes as specials that aren't on the menu - our way of testing the market at other times per request.

A short list of items that are on the upcoming new menu, on the chopping block and somewhere in between the two.. waiting for final decision.

FAT Sandwiches: Special Customer inspired and customer named FAT Sandwiches.

CheeseSteaks. We're talking the philly style here. We've been out and did the homework on making the cheese melt with the steak and seasonings.  CHEESE STEAKS ARE IN!

Seasonal Plates.   New Seasonal Salads: Apple Walnut and Cobb Salad Sandwich Combos.

Pulled Pork Nachos. Our Delicious Pulled Pork on Nachos! tangy BBQ sauce and all.    ON THE MENU!

Sauteed Spinach.  Sauteed in a butter with a proprietary (homemade we call it ours) sauce that helps to bring out the flavor of spinach.  

Peach Cobbler. Sticky, sweet warm and delicious.  we have a proven family recipe that is sure to please.  This one will take you back home.            PEACH COBBLER IS IN!

Corn Bread.  Yep Corn Bread, moist sweet and satisfying with any meal. CORN BREAD IS IN!

Shrimp and Grits.  This is truly family inspired and Southern at its roots. 

Cordial and Liquor inspired wing sauces. What? Yes, Rum and Hennessy wings amongst others. FIRST SAUCE: URBAN BOURBON IS IN!
